What we do with it

• Reply to your inquiry
• Assess whether a scoped pilot or deeper working session makes sense
• Prepare for that conversation if it is scheduled

What we do not do

• Sell your information
• Use it for unrelated marketing programs
• Treat the note itself as legal review, certification, or official audit record
